Return Policy

RETURNED GOODS*

Wagman Metal Products, Inc., policies for the return of goods are as follows:

1. Products ordered incorrectly* These may be returned for credit less twenty percent (20%) restocking charge to cover inspection, new boxes and strapping. All freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Products sent incorrectly* These tools may be returned to us and exchanged for correct tools.

3. Defective products* Any tools found to have manufacturers defects may be returned for inspection and replacement.

TOOLS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION from our main office in York, Pennsylvania.

*Products returned for credit or exchange must have a return authorization issued within 30 calendar days of consignee’s receipt of factory shipment. Returned items must pass resale product inspection prior to credit being issued.

RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA)
  • Wagman customer service to advise method of return.
  • Must provide tracking number.
  • RMA number must be visibly placed on the outside of the package along with your name and return address.
