The Wagman Poly Pro steel-reinforced trowel blade eliminates the risk of leaving dark burnish marks while power troweling concrete or epoxy.
Why use Wagman Poly Blades?
Steel blades can leave undesirable dark burnish marks which discolor the concrete floor. Wagman Poly Blades allow you to control dark burnish marks on concrete or epoxy when power troweling. Control black burnish-mark surface on new interior concrete floor installations using our Wagman Steel-Reinforced plastic power trowel blades for quality control.
Interior aesthetically desired exposed concrete floors have become popular because of the sustainability and advanced decorative products and processes now available. Prior to the innovation of steel-reinforced plastic power trowel blades, interior concrete surfaces would be carefully hand hand finished to a hard surface. Power trowels reduce the labor costs of installations and create a much flatter floors. Ride-on power trowels are heavier than walk-behinds and increase potential density, flatness, and hardness of the finished surface. Wagman steel-reinforced plastic blades are available for walk-behind and ride-on power trowels. Finish style blades can produce a harder finish than combination style blades because the shorter trailing edge is stiffer. Wagman Poly Pro trowel blades are the basis for CSI’s 2010 Construction Technology Award.
The Wagman Poly Pro (Patent: 7,059,801) reinforced trowel blade eliminates the risk of leaving dark burnish marks while power troweling concrete or epoxy. The steel backing adds rigidity to the poly material, provides a harder finish, and allows the blade to be used on walk-behind and ride-on power trowels.
